The fast charging scheme generally adopts two schemes: synchronous rectification and non-synchronous rectification. The Schottky diode non-synchronous rectification scheme has obvious advantages of simple circuit compared with the synchronous rectification scheme. Under the environmental conditions of low power output and high frequency and high voltage output, the Schottky diode rectification scheme has more efficiency advantages. The Schottky diodes provided by our company use advanced trench technology, which has lower turn-on voltage drop and high-temperature leakage current.
